Fewer manual tasks.
More time for your team.
Managed operation of AI agents for repetitive processes, such as supplier invoices arriving by email. hello kai designs, runs and monitors; your team reviews and approves every delivery.
Simulated activity
Watch a request
become a delivery for review.
Example with fictional data: supplier invoices arriving by email. The agent organizes; your team reviews and approves.
1Input
Three supplier emails land in the finance inbox, each with an invoice attached.
2Preparation
The agent reads the invoices and builds the check. Nothing is paid or approved at this step.
3Delivery for review
Your team gets the table, resolves the open item and approves the payment.
| Supplier | Amount | Due | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alfa Suprimentos | $4,280.00 | Nov 15 | ok |
| Beta Logística | $1,150.00 | Nov 20 | ok |
| Gama Serviços | $980.00 | — | no due date |
Without the animation: three supplier invoices arrive by email; the agent extracts supplier, amount and due date, checks duplicates and flags what is missing; your team gets the table, resolves the open item and approves the payment. The agent neither pays nor approves. Fictional data.
From request to next step.
Three application examples. In each one, the agent prepares and your team decides.
In: a request for an asset or campaign by email or form. Agent prepares: a brief with goal, deadline, audience and references. Team gets: a package ready to execute, no chasing information.
In: an operational request or incident. Agent prepares: checklist verified, records updated and supplier notice drafted. Team gets: a consolidated status to decide the next step.
In: invoices and receipts by email. Agent prepares: data extracted, duplicates checked, open items flagged. Team gets: a table for review; payment only goes out with a person's approval.
You stay in charge.
Agents handle the routine.
How it starts, what you provide and who answers for each decision.
First phase. Together we map the bottleneck, its inputs and outputs, and assess whether it is worth automating. You bring the context; out comes a process design and a scoped proposal.
Next phase. An agent configured on the chosen process, review criteria defined with your team. Integrations beyond email and forms are assessed here, case by case.
hello kai runs and monitors the agents. Every action is logged: what was done, by which agent and what is still pending.
Every delivery arrives as a proposal. Approvals, decisions and external communication stay with people.
Always humanWhat people usually ask.
What is hello kai?
A managed operation of AI agents for a company's repetitive processes, in areas such as Tech, HR, Marketing, Operations, Accounting and Customer Support. hello kai designs, runs and monitors the agents; your team reviews and approves every delivery.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No. Agents prepare, organize and route. Decisions and approvals stay with your team.
Do I need to replace my systems?
No. We start with the channels you already have: email, forms and internal requests. Integrations with other systems are assessed during rollout, one process at a time.
What if an agent gets it wrong?
Every delivery goes through review before it counts. Anything rejected is adjusted and feeds back into the process.
How does it start?
With a conversation to understand the process. Then a feasibility diagnosis. If it makes sense, the pilot.
What is included in the pilot?
The diagnosis comes before the pilot: mapping the bottleneck, inputs and outputs, and assessing feasibility. The pilot is the next phase: one process with a configured agent, integrations assessed case by case and review criteria defined with your team.
How does contracting work?
Managed operation: hello kai designs, runs and monitors the agents; your team reviews and approves. Pricing depends on scope and comes in the proposal after the diagnosis. There is no public price list.
Which processes can be automated?
Repetitive processes that start in an email, a form or an internal request, such as supplier invoices, receipts and support requests. The feasibility diagnosis assesses whether each case is worth automating.
